This chicken was finger-lickin’ good! A nice sticky sauce baked onto the outside of the chicken. I used skinless, boneless chicken thighs in place of chicken wings to cut down on the calories.
2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken thighs
salt and black pepper
1 cups honey
1/2 cup gluten-free soy sauce
1/4 cup your favorite bottled gluten-free barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, to taste.
2. Place chicken in disposable baking sheet (like pie pans).
3. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl; pour over chicken.
4. Bake at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until juices run clear, and sauce thickens & sticks to chicken pieces.
