Flavorful Sugar Snap Peas

I love fresh peas from the garden, and sugar snap peas are no exception. They really can’t get any easier, as they are peas that you don’t have to shell, you eat the shell with the peas. Perfect! My sister-in-law gave us these sugar snap peas fresh from her garden, and we had them for supper immediately. They were delicious!

Your photo is delicious! Popped over from foodgawker -I couldn’t resist! Especially since I had some of these in the fridge and was wondering what to do with them. Will try this for sure!
