Chocolate Pudding Cake

Thank goodness it’s Friday! Time to kick back, relax, and indulge in some chocolate?? Hey, why not! :) This cake was absolutely delicious! We had no leftovers. :) The pudding sauce at the bottom of the cake is sweet, rich & creamy. Delicious!!

The new look is great, Jeanine, and you already know I will be a fan of the great GF recipes! Good for you for tackling this all. HTML-I’m impressed!
Glad you made the comment about chocolate-I happened to being nibbling a piece as I read your post! Chocolate and Friday go very well together! (So does any other day, come to think of it.)
This recipe looks great-comfort food at is best!

Yum. I used to make the regular recipe for my family. It wasn’t as good leftover, and then I cut it when I was alone. Now it’s gluten-free I can have it again. I have cooked it in the microwave and will try it with this too. – Margaret

Great new look, Jeanine! I’m sad to see all the other recipes go though. There was some good ones.

Could you maybe have a section specifically for the other types of recipes?

Thanks for the feedback, everyone! So far, I'm pretty happy with the new look, although I may be tweaking it a bit here and there. :)
Iris, Chocolate is good ANY day of the week, you're right. Mmm…
Margaret, you should make this for your family, they would be pleasantly surprised. :)
LeeAnn, you won't be disappointed. Super chocolaty.
Terry Lynn, thanks! I'm liking the new layout here too. :) Unfortunately, the only way to keep those other recipes & keep them separate from the gluten-free ones totally, would be to have another blog, and I can't do that. However, a lot of these recipes are naturally GF, or made GF by using GF products (like soy sauce & pasta & cream of mushroom soup, for instance).
