Beef Stroganoff with Hamburger

Beef Stroganoff with Hamburger (gluten-free) | The Baking Beauties

My Mom shared this recipe for this great comfort food, delicious Beef Stroganoff with Hamburger. It sounds perfect for those days when you get home late, but don’t want to do take-out or a sandwich. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes with a side of veggies, and you have a great satisfying meal.

Beef Stroganoff with Hamburger
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained (1 cup sliced fresh mushroom)
  • 1 can gluten-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  1. Brown ground beef and onion.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add sour cream. Stir & serve over your favorite gluten-free noodles or mashed potatoes.

A great meal idea Jeanine, esp for these cold and rainy, soggy days!
Let’s just hope that ‘chance of snow’ will not happen!!

Ja … cool … beef stroganoff is a fantastic meal … esp. in colder months. But I generally eat it with a rice and wild rice combination al-la

Also can be good just with mushrooms … if you are a vegetarian

Hi, just wondering where you can find gluten free mushroom soup? I live in Kelowna BC & have been looking in BC as well as Washington for mushroom soup cant seem to find any, really missing my stroganoff, especially now that I have a bunch of elk burger in my freezer :) Thanks for any suggestions you may have.
