Blueberry Lime Yogurt Pops

Blueberry Lime Yogurt Pops | The Baking Beauties

Hanging onto the last warm days of summer here, and to celebrate Blueberry Popsicle Day, I decided to make some homemade Blueberry Lime Yogurt Pops. They are really easy to make, taking only 2 minutes to mix up, and then allow them to freeze overnight, before enjoying the fresh, wholesome taste of sweet blueberries and tart lime.

Blueberry Lime Yogurt Pops
Serves: 7
A quick & easy frozen pop recipe for the young, and the young at heart.
  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt (or 2 cups plain yogurt, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • zest & juice of 1 lime
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until well blended, and blueberries are finely chopped.
  2. Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
  3. Remove from mold and enjoy!

I hope you all enjoy a safe long-weekend! :)
