Gluten Free Kickin' Cajun Chicken Alfredo from The Baking Beauties

Years ago, when my husband and I were dating, we used to go to a restaurant that served a great chicken Alfredo dish with a kick of Cajun seasonings. 14 years, 2 kids, and a celiac disease diagnosis later, eating out at restaurants is not high on our priority list anymore. When I saw some Cajun seasoning in the store a while back, I decided to re-create my own gluten-free version of this favorite dish from our past at home. My husband and I agreed, this dish was better than any the restaurant ever served. Homemade is always better. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Love this dish, Jeanine..esp that it has a kick of cajun seasonings. I agree homemade is better, at least you know what the ingredients are and you can pronounce them:)

I’m definitely going to make this again soon, it was soo good! Just next time, I’d use a little less of the cajun spice for my kiddos. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Or I’ll plate theirs, then add more. ๐Ÿ˜€
