This chicken was finger-lickin’ good! A nice sticky sauce baked onto the outside of the chicken. I used skinless, boneless chicken thighs in place of chicken wings to cut down on the calories.
This dish was fantastic! If you’re having company over for breakfast or brunch, this casserole is the one to make. It can be prepared the day before, cutting down on prep time in the morning. It has everything in it, and we really enjoyed it topped with some salsa.
This was really, really good, and really, really quick too! The simplest of flavour combinations, but oh, so tasty!
