Nature’s Path Cereal {Product Review}
A long while ago (sorry, Nature’s Path!) I was contacted by the fine folks at Nature’s Path to see if I would like to try and review some of their cereals. Since I am a cereal girl, I said “Definitely!”. First, I have to say, I love their box that they shipped the cereal in. Very cute and smart. Gluten-Free Chex, Oh How I Love Thee
I have been a fan of General Mills Gluten-Free Chex for a while already. I have been fortunate enough to have friends and family bring back boxes of Gluten-Free Chex for me when they visit the U.S., because it was a cereal that could not be found on the shelves in Canada. This has all changed. General Mills Canada is now selling Rice Chex and Honey Nut Chex in Canada. Although we do not have the full variety that they have the U.S. (yet), at least it’s a start. Udi’s Bread = fantastic Fluffy French Toast
After attending the Celiac Foundation’s gluten free Food Faire back in June, I blogged about Udi’s bread. Seriously, really, really good stuff. The fine folks at Udi’s read that post, and decided to send me a wonderful package of goodies. Seriously, it was like Christmas. SO GOOD! Bulk Barn’s Gluten Free Cornbread Mix – Review
If you haven’t been lately, you should check out your nearest Bulk Barn. A while back, a trip there revealed that they are now carrying a few gluten free mixes. Namely, Cinnamon Raisin bread, Cornbread and Brownies. I had to buy some to try, and then let you know what I thought of them. (yeah, I’m always thinking of you guys) First off, I don’t usually buy mixes. They usually contain nothing but starches, and are so overpriced, they aren’t worth it. Nature Path’s Organic Cereals – Review
A few months back (where does the time go??), I was contacted by the fine folks at Nature’s Path to see if I would be interested in trying their two new cereals. My answer, of course, was YES!! I find breakfast the hardest meal to make gluten-free, because I’m a cereal gal. I’ve never been into toast, eggs, fruit or yogurt for breakfast, I like to have a bowl of cereal.
