This is a great way to change up your chicken on the grill. The lime juice & chili powder give a great flavour to the chicken, and the marinade makes the meat very tender. You can skewer these with pineapple & green pepper, if you wish. I usually do just the meat.
I hadn’t tried making a homemade alfredo sauce in years already. But, since I had some heavy cream in the fridge that I needed to use, I decided to give it a try again. This recipe was YUMMY! Nice, smooth, creamy & it clung to the pasta well. My husband’s first remark was “This belongs […]
Wow, these definitely live up to their name! I wanted to try something different & with some flavour to them (meaning, I didn’t want to have to eat these with ranch dressing again). I found this recipe at Recipezaar and decided to give it a try. The crunch from the nuts & the saltiness from […]

This is one of the favorites at our house, even my kids love to eat these. They are individual size meatloaves, each baked in a little ramekin, topped with a sweet ketchup based sauce. Yummy!

I stumbled upon these on AllRecipes yesterday and was thrilled to see that I had all the ingredients. These are delicious!
Are you wanting to make your favorite Mexican dish, only to find you are out of taco seasoning? You don’t need a trip to the store, you can mix up your own seasoning with spices you have on hand!
I got this recipe from allrecipes.com and love it! It has replaced my old teriyaki chicken recipe, that’s for sure. I like to double the amount of sauce though, to give me enough to put over a lot of rice. I usually do whole chicken breasts in a 9×9 pan, baked in the oven, but […]
